Welcome to our 4 Week Grateful Gains Challenge!
When the holidays roll around, it can be easy not to prioritize our goals. We get so caught up with the holiday parties, traveling, shopping, drinking, and meeting end of year deadlines for work that we end up falling off track until the new year.
However, we believe ENJOYING THE HOLIDAY SEASON & LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE can coexist. This is why we created the Grateful Gains Challenge!
By joining this challenge you will improve your physical health (reduce body fat, build muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase flexibility), create a consistent routine, build discipline, reset your body and mind, and maintain healthy habits.
We know a 4 week challenge is only the beginning when it comes to transforming your lifestyle, but it's the perfect amount of time to create momentum and consistency, if you go ALL IN! Let's do this!
CHALLENGE RULES:
- Workout 3x a week
- Daily 30 min walk + weekly run
- No cheat meals or alcohol except on social occasions
- 80oz of water daily
- Read 10 pages of personal development book, audiobooks are OK
THIS CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
- 4 Week Training Program including 3 workouts/week (45 mins or less workouts - home or gym options available)
- Demonstration videos & progress tracking via easy to use app
- Meal guides, 35 min or less recipes, & nutrition tips
- Community support & accountability via our private group chat
LEVELS
Our Grateful Gains Challenge is for all women. We offer beginner/intermediate and advanced options.
4 Week Challenge begins 11/04/24. Sign ups begin 10/21 & ends 11/01.
