Welcome to Round 4 of our 6 Week Best Of You Challenge! 

Are you ready to get Fit For The Summer? Inspired by our 75 Hard journey, we've created a plan that covers everything you need to achieve your health and wellness goals.  

By joining this challenge you will improve your physical health (reduce body fat, build muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase flexibility), create a consistent routine, build discipline, reset your body and mind, and maintain healthy habits. 

We know a 6 week challenge is only the beginning when it comes to transforming your lifestyle, but it's the perfect amount of time to create momentum and consistency, if you go ALL IN! Let's do this! 

CHALLENGE RULES: 

  • Workout 4x a week 
  • Daily 45 min walk / weekly run 
  • No cheat meals or alcohol 
  • 100oz of water daily 
  • 3 personal development podcasts a week 

THIS CHALLENGE INCLUDES: 

  • 6 Week Training Program including 4 workouts/week (60 mins or less workouts - home or gym options available)
  • Demonstration videos & progress tracking via easy to use app
  • Meal guides, 35 min or less recipes, & nutrition tips
  • Community support & accountability via our private group chat

       LEVELS

      Our Best Of You Challenge is for all women. We offer beginner/intermediate and advanced options. 

      6 Week Challenge begins 07/08/24. Sign ups begin 06/20 & ends 07/05.
